Chris completed his Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. Prior to graduate school, he put his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics to work in financial services. Chris utilizes several treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), gestalt, existential, and Rogerian (person-centered) in addition to others. Chris has knowledge and exposure to multiple fields of study and their work-related outcomes, which allows him to understand the difficulties of various industries as well as career transitions after graduation. He enjoys meditating in his spare time and has used that experience to help clients struggling with depression and anxiety.

Rosetta “Rosie” Friday is a Licensed Clinical Social worker with 10 years of experience working with individuals to address a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, PTSD, anger and stress management, and addictions (to name a few). She has also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

Rosie earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Cincinnati. She utilizes evidence-based treatment modes such as cognitive processing therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, and mindfulness-based techniques.
