Chris Chur is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 5 years of experience helping individuals with depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, confidence, self-esteem, spirituality, addictive behaviors, and grief. Chris collaborates with clients to create and achieve realistic short- and long-term goals by taking responsibility and greater control over their thoughts, emotions, behavior, habits, and choices.
