Sarah is known for her warm, compassionate approach and for helping clients find purpose and strength within themselves.

Sarah earned her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston. She draws from mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing to tailor care to each person’s needs.
