Katie is trained in motivational interviewing and uses a strengths-based, solution-focused approach to break down challenges and support long-term wellness and change.
Katie earned her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. She takes a holistic, whole-body approach to mental health care and emphasizes the importance of sleep, diet, and exercise in healing. Her care is rooted in building practical skills and helping clients gain independence and resilience.
