Lindsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, with 25 years of experience helping teens, adults, and couples find an optimal way to navigate life's issues. Lindsey specializes in depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ issues, trauma, grief, substance use issues, managing anger or stress, unproductive communication patterns, phase of life issues, and more.

Lindsey completed her undergraduate degree in Speech (Radio and TV track) from Radford University. She worked in the Broadcast Marketing Industry for 11 years before returning to Radford to complete her Master of Science degree in Community Agency Counseling. Her broadcast marketing skills enabled her to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences. Her experience in this area developed the skills necessary to collaboratively define, plan, and implement creative solutions to a wide variety of challenges. In the 24 years since earning her Master's in Counseling, Lindsey has acquired a complementary set of skills, also used to assist her clients in defining and proactively exploring thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to optimize an individual's (or couple's) sense of satisfaction and happiness in their daily lives. Lindsey uses an eclectic approach to therapy, employing techniques from a broad range of theories. Most important to her is a "person-centered" approach which allows one to feel heard and respected. Lindsey also utilizes skills from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and more, tailoring intentional interventions to the unique needs of her clients. Dayton Olsen is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience. He specializes in supporting individuals of all ages through substance use/addiction, mood disorders, serious mental illness, trauma/PTSD, and stress-related conditions. Dayton has a diverse background in community healthcare settings. He takes the perspective that most emotional and mental pain is a result of emotional injury or unresolved emotion and by extension, talk therapy is something that facilitates the mind and body’s natural healing process.

Dayton graduated from Radford University with a Master of Science in Counselor Education. He utilizes existential therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, person-centered therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, and motivational intervewing. Dayton is only providing EMDR in-person at this time.

Mary Struzinsky is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Trauma Specialist (CTS) with over 35 years of experience working in counseling settings such as private practice, serving as a counselor and administrator for agencies providing foster care and adoption, youth residential, and outpatient mental health services for adults and families. In Mary's free time, she spends time with her family including her husband, three kids, four cats, and a new puppy.

Mary completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Syracuse University. She is a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW) and has two professional certifications in Trauma and Resilience. Mary uses an eclectic approach including family systems therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness and self-compassion, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), combined with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma specific phase oriented therapeutic approaches when appropriate, including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and bilateral stimulation/tapping.

Holly Humphreys is a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with individuals of all ages using art therapy as a means to attend to each individual’s specific needs. Holly has over 10 years of experience in providing art therapy to at-risk youth in juvenile detentions centers in Virginia. She also has 9 years of experience with providing behavior therapy to people who stutter.  

Holly completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) at James Madison University and her Master of Science (MS) in Art Therapy at Eastern Virginia Medical School. She was born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia. 

Holly is known for her honest, caring, empathetic, and creative approach to help individuals assess their current situation in life and assist them to make the necessary changes to better their lives. A person does not need to be good at art to benefit from art therapy. The final product is not important in art therapy, but the actual act of making the artwork is what is essential in the therapeutic process.

Catherine “Cat” Webber is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 6 years of experience supporting individuals facing substance use, addiction, trauma, and serious mental health challenges. She draws from a background working with justice-involved populations and emphasizes empathy, nonjudgment, and personal responsibility. Cat values lifelong learning and is deeply committed to helping clients rewrite their stories with courage, clarity, and connection.

Cat earned her Master’s in Counseling and Human Development from Radford University. She uses a client-centered approach rooted in empathy and empowerment, helping clients navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges. Her practice includes support for co-occurring disorders, trauma recovery, and crisis management.
