I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 4 years of experience helping adults navigate depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, trauma, and major life transitions. I strive to create a compassionate and collaborative environment where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, strengthen their sense of self, and build lasting confidence through self-awareness, emotional growth, and personal empowerment.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Psychology from Sam Houston State University. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused strategies, person-centered techniques, and reality therapy to encourage insight, resilience, and meaningful progress throughout the healing process.

My go-to approach for helping kids in child therapy is parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT). I find the best benefit in PCIT because it gives education and relationship-building skills to the parent while also giving play therapy to the child.

Self-pay rates for talk therapy range from $160 to $240 for intake sessions and $135 to $195 for follow-ups, depending on your state. For psychiatry services, self-pay intake sessions are $255–$375, with follow-ups ranging from $175–$300, also varying by state.
