About
Having experienced profound loss myself, I understand how isolating grief can be, and I'm here to offer you the compassion, connection, and hope that helped me in my own mental health journey.
My name is Natalie and I graduated with my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University in 2025, with a certificate in telehealth counseling. I have experience working with clients from ages five to 85, supporting them through grief, loss, life transitions, and mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression. I also have experience with cancer support, helping clients and caregivers navigate a diagnosis, manage the caregiving journey, and cope with loss. I guide clients in building resilience, finding balance, and fostering hope.
My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and tailored to each individual's needs. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and strengths-based interventions. I also incorporate art therapy to help clients express emotions and process difficult experiences.
My passion for grief counseling is rooted in my own experiences with loss, deepening my understanding of its impact. Seeking support is a courageous step, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you. You do not have to face this alone—your healing journey can begin today.

Kenneth Fulton-Resig is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Behavioral Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania with over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. He treats individuals from pre-teens to older adults, working with diverse individuals and backgrounds. Kenneth’s work history includes helping individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community as well as others with trauma, dissociation, anxiety, life transitions, depression, sexuality, alternative lifestyles, sexual dysfunction, and much more.
Kenneth graduated with honors from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's in psychology, where his focus area of study was the transgender community and unique problems faced by the community. He also graduated with honors from Capella University with a master's of science in mental health counseling. He is currently working on his PhD in counseling education and supervision at Capella University.
Kenneth believes therapy has benefits no matter what life transition you are experiencing. He tends to use cognitive behavioral therapy as his base technique; however, he has a large toolbox of techniques to pull from to help individuals.
As a gay male Kenneth has the unique experience to help equip him to work with LGBTQIA+ individuals. He believes that each individual and every situation is unique and that there is not a one size fits all approach to mental health. He provides a holistic approach that evaluates the client as a whole and not just by the symptoms they experience. His goal is to meet you where you are as a client and promote positive change in your life.

Psychologists are mental health professionals that provide psychotherapy services and diagnoses for their clients. They have more research-focused training than most therapists, as they are more medically educated and receive a more general education about therapeutic approaches and theory.
Thriveworks psychologists in Bethlehem, PA provide standard psychotherapy services, tailoring treatment to each client and their unique concerns. However, they can also provide diagnoses to clients when appropriate, something that therapists and counselors cannot do. Finally, in some states in the U.S., they are allowed to prescribe medication.
Psychological treatment at Thriveworks Bethlehem is very individualized and specific to each client, which means that the duration of treatment is often varied depending on a client’s condition or disorder, the state of their symptoms, and their specific goals.
As you can see in the example above, a psychologist can help people with stress management as well as negative thinking. They can serve other purposes too, as their focus will depend on what the individual’s specific needs are! For example, if you need help managing a mental illness or working through a conflict in your marriage, they will focus on serving that purpose instead. In summary, the psychologists at Thriveworks Bethlehem can help you improve virtually any area of your life. To schedule your appointment and begin this important work, just call (484) 241-2848.
