Rebecca also is an experienced career and life transition counseling. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State where she also studied women’s issues. After working as a social worker for more than 10 years, she earned her Master of Arts in Counseling and School Counseling at Oakland University. She uses a systems approach to counseling and specializes in treating the whole individual as part of the unique system. Her counseling approach is holistic with an emphasis on a healthy system environment that utilizes relational, collaborative, strength based, cognitive behavioral, solution focused and emotionally focused approaches to therapy.
