She utilizes many treatment approaches including CBT, DBT, STEPPS, Gottman, motivational interviewing, choice therapy, ACT, Rogerian, REBT, narrative therapy, the use of pets to cope, 12 steps, and is in the process of becoming certified in EMDR.
