He specializes in working with clients facing ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, behavioral issues, and life transitions. Jed enjoys supporting clients who are ready to make meaningful changes but may need guidance in finding their voice and direction. He believes therapy should be collaborative, empowering, and judgment-free.
Jed holds a Master’s in Social Work from Marywood University. He utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy and tailors his approach to each client’s unique goals. Jed encourages exploration of past efforts, models new skills, and supports clients as they implement positive behavioral change.
