I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 14 years of experience supporting adults, teens, and children through life’s challenges. I’ve worked in outpatient, short-term inpatient, and residential settings, and I have a particular passion for helping adults navigate the transitions that come with aging. I earned my Master’s in Community Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas and hold certification in tech-assisted counseling.
