I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana and Texas with 9 years of experience. Since 2016, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals in navigating anxiety, self-esteem, depression, life transitions, focus issues, and overcoming challenges. My approach is centered on helping clients shift thought patterns to create healthier perspectives, and I work to provide a professional yet welcoming environment where people feel heard, understood, and supported. The goal of this counseling is to help clients manage and alleviate the distressing symptoms of OCD by systematically addressing their obsessive thought patterns and compulsive behaviors.
