He specializes in supporting adults with concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, and stress. Brian was inspired to become a counselor while working as a minister in a small rural community and seeing the limited resources available to people needing mental health assistance. He enjoys hiking, woodworking, music, and exercising.
Brian has a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University. He utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques depending on client needs.

Krystal Bryant is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 13 years of experience in the mental health field. Krystal received her Masters in Social Work from East Tennessee State University.
