About
I’ve been through big life changes, and I know how hard it can be to start over. I help busy people find calm, balance, and confidence again.
I am a Licensed Social Worker Candidate with 3 years of experience supporting adults who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck after major life changes. Many of my clients manage ADHD, brain injury, or chronic stress that makes it hard to focus or find peace. My goal is to provide a safe, down-to-earth space where you can breathe, regain your footing, and learn effective tools to make life more manageable.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver. My therapeutic approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, reduce stress, and build self-confidence. I combine structure, empathy, and real-life strategies for meaningful progress.
I know reaching out for help can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll take things one step at a time and focus on what helps you feel more balanced, hopeful, and in control of your life again. My goal is to help you rediscover your inner strength and build the life you deserve.
