As someone who experienced abuse at a young age, I understand the complexities of trauma and how it interferes with every aspect of life until you're able to find a safe space to heal and thrive.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 14 years of experience. I specialize in supporting individuals through life transitions, medical issues, and emotional challenges by reconnecting them with their strengths. I collaborate with clients to set meaningful goals and use evidence-based approaches to guide their growth. My work is grounded in helping people recognize their worth, improve mental health, and foster balance across mind, body, and spirit.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Tennessee.
