Katasha Jarvis is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 3 years of experience. She specializes in helping teenagers and adults address mental health needs such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, mood disorders, and life transitions. Katasha offers a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space to process present and past stressors, overcome obstacles, and meet goals.
Katasha received her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University. She utilizes a variety of clinical approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and person-centered strategies.
