Dr. Peta-gay Ledbetter is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) who has 16 years of experience as a psychotherapist providing care to adolescents, teens, and adults. My go-to appraoche is guided imagery. This involves going to a “safe space”, wich is often effective for generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and can be integrated with eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
