Sherene Becca Robins is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. For over 12 years she has worked with a diverse group of individuals facing both physical and mental health challenges, providing support with crisis intervention and helping them manage stress, anxiety, anger, and depression. Much of Sherene’s professional experience comes from collaborating with treatment teams in acute medical hospitals and psychiatric settings.
Sherene graduated from Baylor University with a Master’s in Social Work. She utilizes approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, reality therapy, and person-centered techniques.

Therapy for men maintains a focus on the emotional and mental impacts of being a man in society, dealing with issues like the pressures of toxic masculinity and the traditional familial roles of men, among others.
