About
As a person-centered therapist, I see you as the expert on yourself, and I am here to help support you and guide you on your journey to healing and well-being.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 years of experience supporting adults who often feel stuck, lost, or alone as they work toward healing and change. I help clients struggling with stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship concerns. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you are the expert of your story. Together, we’ll identify your goals and create a safe, compassionate space to explore, reflect, and move forward at your own pace.
I earned my Master’s in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help reframe unhelpful thoughts and dialectical behavior therapy to build coping skills and emotional regulation. My approach blends insight, empathy, and empowerment to help you feel grounded and supported.
It takes courage to ask for help, but you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental environment where you can share openly and begin your journey of healing and self-discovery. You deserve a life filled with happiness, purpose, and connection—and I would be honored to help you get there.
